This book has been a long time coming.

I’ve been dedicated to semen retention, yoga, meditation, nutrition, nootropics and “biohacking” for over 13 years now. I’ve spent tens of thousands of hours studying these topics and putting them into practice, I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars buying books, herbs and supplements, I’ve studied with two monks of different traditions, and I’ve completed six meditation retreats so far.

None of this is to brag, only to let you know I take my spiritual practice, of which semen retention is a crucial component, very seriously.

I’m certainly no guru and I make no claims to having mastered my spiritual practice. But I have put in quite a lot of time, energy and effort to learn and master this part of life, and believe me, I’ve made tons of mistakes along the way!

This book is over 100,000 words, the equivalent of a 400 page novel if it were printed. It has 154 chapters. It is the distillation of 13 years of study and practice, combing through countless books and websites, and thousands of hours of trial and error – with a ton of error, mind you.

This is a compendium of tried and true techniques handed down for millenia, from master to disciple. All I’ve done is synthesize that information into a straightforward book aimed at successful semen retention for the modern man, so that you can reap the benefits.

In short, this is the manual I wish I had when I started this practice over a decade ago, and as long as it helps even one brother out on this path, I will consider it a success.

Part III is all about “lifestyle essentials”, which really entails all the standard sublimation techniques you generally see talked about in most posts on semen retention –

  • Basic info on meditation;
  • Chapters on working out, both lifting weights and cardio, sleep, diet, and journaling;
